Cancellation Policy

All initial payments are for retaining your selected appointment and are non refundable. Photos By Kas LLC and Studio K reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason, nor will PBKLLC and Studio K discriminate any person(s). If Kas (Owner and Operator of Photos By Kas LLC and Studio K) has to reschedule your appointment for any reason the client will we receive a 10% off discount for the inconvenience. Photoshoots/sessions on days with severe/inclement weather (ex. Severe heat, Freezing temps, Heavy snow fall, ice storm, hail storm etc.) will be rescheduled for no additional charge. If a non-studio appointment is requested and the venue/location is over a 40 min drive from Plainfield, CT, then an additional travel fee of $25 will be added to the final invoice. If a client is more than 20 minutes late to their appointment at the studio, Kas will call to reschedule the appointment and add a $20 late fee to the final invoice.
